There's currently no scientific way to prove it one way or the other, but I think it's likely that there are. I mean, if God likes to create stuff, why would he have only created one reality? Humans create more realities than that, with stories and paintings and such, and there's no way in hell we'd have done better than a perfect being.

Philosophically, reality is relative to a person’s perceptions. Who’s to say what I perceive as reality is the same or different than what you perceive as reality? Who’s the judge of reality, and if we judge it as a group census does that make it right? Who’s to say that we are all crazy, and the guy in the insane asylum is sane? No one truly knows the answers because we all build our own realities that we are comfortable with.
Scientifically, there is concept that Einstein discovered that I think is string theory or something like that. Basically the principle is that there are an infinite number of universes existing on top of each other, and ever time a decision is made a new universe is created. See the TV show Sliders for an excellent example because I’m not a Physicist, just a geek.
Therefore, my answer is yes.

One of the rising theorys in theoritical physics is the possibility of an 11th diminsion. and in this diminsion there are an infinate number of membranes all which are parallel universes. This theary has alredy done the one thing others could not do, that is describe the singularity of the big bang.
