Go with the Carnation Dark Chocolate Instant Breakfast. Everything you need for a healthy start without any fuss or muss.

If that doesn't turn your crank - go with the yogurt & toast - very good.

If its a Saturday or Sunday, a good fry up. Fried bread (in lard for taste), grilled mushroom, sausages, black pudding, bacon, toms, then fry an egg in the lard which will be ready to cook your egg in seconds(beans are optional). Have this with a good strong cuppa. This is esp good after a night on the tiles.
Cant wait for my two youguns to enjoy this with me, My wife seems to think it unhealthy. A little now and then don't hurt ya!

C is probably the most well-rounded and healthiest providing your toast is whole grain bread and your yogurt doesn't have lots of sugar in it. It will also keep you fuller until lunchtime!

Have the chocolate milkshake WITH breakfast, not FOR breakfast. Chocolate milkshakes go wonderfully with breakfast.

try an omelet with the chocolate shake.

The only choice I would have reservations about would be b. I just don't like bananas. What about eggs? Scrambled or eyeball eggs.

What you should have are two eggs and a juicy sausage with a side of clam chowder. Best place to have this breakfast is in bed.
