my wife got her pr card from canada in 2000 she came to ny we r still living in ny if she goes back to canada?

will they let her in because she is been out from the country so long and she has no status in us as well need help what to do

My suggestion is that you contact the Canadian Consulate in New York and talk to immigration about your situation. To my understanding of a permanent residence card you have to maintain a number of years in Canada to be eligible to write your canadian citizenship.
