Girl B. Allow him to spend money on her and also move from one activity to the other means the girl loves being with him; which definately means she encourages a relationship.

Girl A is more ready (but not necessarily ready enough). Time was wasted with Girl B while watching a movie because there was no talking or interaction going on.

Girl B. The dinner could have been in a romantic setting, you could have made direct eye contact, and even played footies. At the movies, you proably cuddled and rubbed her in certain places.
