Give yourself time to think. Take a walk or something somewhere peaceful and think about what he had that did not suit you- was he not strong enough? did he cheat? or did you guys simply clash? When you realize what you want, know and assure yourself that the faster you can get over this guy- the right guy will come into your life. But don't get over him just for the motivation of the right man- understand that the only way your going to meet the right person- is if you sort of spend time on yourself and become independent for your happiness, then the relationship you will get into later will be so much deeper because you and your partner will have stuff to give, and stuff to take. Treat yourself- and call the best into your life.

As with any relationship you have with a person, whether it be a friend or lover, these people mean something to you. When you cause that partnership to end, you feel like you have lost something of yourself. "Moving pass" is a stage of life. Find something that you have always wanted to do, like taking an art class or writing a novel. Artistic outlets are a wonderful way of letting what you are bottling up to come out and help you move to the next level. I wish you well.

I'm in your shoes now. It's been two months for me as well, and it's been hard because I do love him, but I wish that he would be different so that I would want to be with him. I too can't seem to get past the breakup and it still makes me furious to think about it, but there is nothing that I can do to change things. The only thing that I can do is to just move on with my life and keep my head up. I sometimes stop to think about why things happened and I come up with alot of questions that I cannot get the answers to. It's hard, I know, but I've seen that the best thing to do to is just accept it and think positive.

I've heard that for every year you are with a person, it will take the same number of months to completely get over the relationship (just as a rough guide, but obviously it's not science). So a 2 year relationship will take 2 months to get over, etc...

I've been in your shoes B4, just give it time, and try to meet new guys, just go out and have fun. I have been broken up from my ex for 4 months, and still i think about him, it will be hard, but it will pass, just have fun , and do things that make you happy, and soon, you will realize that your not even thinking about him. its just that you spent so much of your time with one person, and now , NOTHING, I promise, it will happen.!!
love and good luck.
