Unfortunately most of the SoCAli nude beaches I have been able to find are packed with men. Most of them are there to see other men, but a few are there to make your lady friend uncomfortable. Best to find a secluded beach that is not specified "nude" and shed your unnecessaries there. Have fun!

It's not well publicized, and depending on how many people are there at a given moment, not always feasible, but El Matador State Beach in Malibu (near the LA / Ventura County line) is a place where people sometimes go au natural (mostly early AM). This is a hike-in (as opposed to walk-on) beach with gorgeous rock formations. The parking fee is usually $4, I believe.

Any beach you want. Otherwise there's a place near the nuclear plant in San Clemente.

Victoria Cove...Down 101 into Orange County. Get a Thomas Guide to check the location, it is very easy to miss.
