You don't need anything else but this for both smallmouth and largemouth bass. WACKY WORMS. Look them up. Honestly, you will find nothing better for these fish species during the day. At night, on the other hand, I would suggest trying a torpedo or a jitterbug. Night fishing is the most fun in my opinion. Cheers and good luck.

i have had the great success with darkish copper worms with the black bottoms. Culprits look to do exactly top for me. i exploit 4" - 6". you do not choose a huge trojan horse to catch a huge fish. the most important component, i stumble on, is the shape. i have only about under no circumstances did not pull a sturdy sized one out of an area that had an overhanging tree branch, useless timber in the water and some water plant boom on the monetary employer. that is perfect habitat for bass. Now I stay in Florida, and the waters I fish are certain, I fish them lots and understand them nicely. I have also had diverse success fishing in the technique the lily pads (only hook the trojan horse weedless). sturdy success!

I have fished bass tournaments for over 24 years and I will not write you a book....lol. Quite simply, get a 1/4 oz. spinnerbait with tandem blades. White in color and have a ball!!!
