omg... fools
extra contains artificial sweetners... lol

This this stuff that my friend used to get from India.... it's sooo wrong because it's a savoury gum.

There's also this stuff from Korea, and it taste like crap because it's gum that's made from dried plum or something.

I believe that you can't make it with fruit b/c the fruit sweeterners are not strong enough to fill up the gum.

Ever tried chewing a nicorette gum before?? that's how gum without sugar taste like... it taste sooo dead, and dreadful.

Try Extra from Wrigleys. Comes in about 7 types of mint and is really good. I use it all the time. Avoid stuff with Sorbitol in it. You will need to keep an eye out for a handy bog every so often.

Use a gum with xylitol as an ingredient. It's an artificial sweetener but it also kills bacteria. Xylitol is not metabolized by bacteria and it builds up in their system effectively killing them. It's no replacement for the good old toothbrush but it's something. So use the sweetener.

Mastic (Pistacia lentiscus)

A hard, brittle, transparent resin, also known as mastic, is obtained from the tree. The resin is collected by bleeding from small cuts made in the bark. When chewed, the resin becomes bright white and opaque.

Plenty, but they tend to be bitter or they have little flavor. You may as well chew the wax from the wax bottle candy. Why isn't it Hallowe'en yet?
