If I think you just like me as a friend, I'd treat you like a friend but maybe throw in something subtly flirty now & then. Because I'd feel safe doing so.
If I think you want to be more than friends but I just want to be friends, I'd try to treat you like a friend but probably be a bit uncomfortable; especially if you got too close or said something a bit too 'friendly.'

I would treat you the same as any of my friends( actually I treat friends whom are girls differently I am chivarous towards ladies.)
Yes, though I would engage in conversation, hang out etc. If someone likes you only as a friend that is how they should treat you.

I would be myself and treat you like one of the guys. I might ask you for sex sometime but wouldn't stay with you unless you knocked my socks off in bed. Then and only then might I look at you differently.

well sense i dont know you it would be hard to know how i would act. but in most cases for most guys the try to act either sensetive or act out to show off.
