Has anyone ever felt that everyone is always talking about you behind your back and when you go into a crowded room do you feel that all eyes are on you and they are all whispering about you and laughing at you! I don't know if you would call it low self-esteen or just being paranoid but i can not go into a room full of people in fear that they are talking about me,even complete strangers i don't even know! Even when i go down to my kids school i feel that all the kids are even making fun of me,not that there is anything funny about me,atleast i don't think so'lol!I would much rather stay home alone all day long then go anywhere in public! I guess you can say i am pretty much a loner,i have a few friends but i rarely go anywhere with them! It's ruining my everyday life because i can not even go outside for a walk or bike ride because i think the people in the cars are making fun of me,i worked a little while back in an office supplie store but i was very paranoid there too!I need help

i think everyone goes through that stage but usually when they're younger and only for awhile, you know? just try and remember that the world never revolves around a single person. psychologically, we are prone to think everyone is always focused on us, but in reality people have their own lives to worry about. do you constantly make fun of other ppl in your head? probably not. you have other stuff to do. so it's the same w/ other people. other things are more important to them. if this doesn't get better for you though, i would seek a professional. this sounds like a very consuming problem. good luck :)

Don't be so paranoid. Try thinking that they are saying good things about you.

You really shouldn't worry too much about what people think of you because everything comes back 10 fold. So if they say something bad about you something bad is bound to happen to them for that. Just think of it that way.

You may want to seek professional advice. Just remember that the majority of people have better things to do than to make fun of someone they don't know. Nobody is perfect and I'm sure if you be yourself and treat people with respect you will be reciprocated.

Someone told me this once:
What other people think about you is none of YOUR BUSINESS
it only matters that you do right by you, and then you will stop caring about what everyone else thinks

NOPE!!!DONT THINK SO... ITS JUST YOUR IMAGINATION...AS YOU SAY YOU ARE AN LONELY PERSON; YOU FEEL SO...TO NEGLECT IT...ROME WITH YOUR FRIENDS,KEEP IN TOUCH WITH EVERYBODY,SPEND YOUR TIME MOSTLY OUT RATHER THAN BEING IN...ITS NOT GOOD TO FEEL SO...ENJOY YOUR LIFE... I NEVER FELT LIKE THAT,GOOD LUCK IN YOUR FUTURE!!!
