Boys are immature. They're only really worth bothering about when they grow up to become men.

Because "boys" often don't know how to act to show affection, and so they do so by teasing, making jokes, etc. It's their embarrassment and awkwardness that makes them do this, they actually think they're showing a girl they like them by teasing and being mean. As they grow up into men, many of them will figure out that's not the best way to do it -- but not all of them, unfortunately :(

There are two truths I have learned in life. The earlier you learn these truths, the better off you will be.
1. All women are crazy
2. All men are stupid.
If you see a man doing something that upsets you, it is either because you are crazy or because he is stupid -- sometimes both.
The boys being mean to you part is because they are stupid.
Girls responding positively to that is because they are crazy.

Well boys don't always express their feelings like that, but when they do they are just flirting and thats their way of telling someone they like them.
