my sons 11 and for the past 3 weeks he says he has nausea from the moment he wakes up till he gets out of bed and sometimes at night he gets nausea

I agree with justme...he needs to see a doctor. There are too many different things it could be and instead of worrying and wondering, it's best to just find out!

It could be psychological. Or it could be something else.
Has he been under a lot of stress? Has he been bullied at school? I used to feel sick when I was being bullied.
After talking with him to see if it may be psychological, go to www.webmd.com. There is a "symptom checker" there as well as a host of other medical and psychological information.
Finally, go to a doctor anyway. 3 weeks seems like a long time. Even if it is pyschological, a medical doctor would be able to help.

why would that be a Psycological problem. It sounds like to me that its a health problem and should take him to go see a doctor. Could be a stomach virus.
