The only way to know, is if you talk to him, and see if there's a connection there, you know? Then spend time with him, see his personality, the way he works. Who knows? He could be your true love. If not, you have to remember, there's someone out there for everyone! :-)

what are you waitin gfor go over there and ask him out he seems to be to shy to ask you out, and its the 21st century so its ok to ask him out to make sure it love and not just lust. until you talk to hin i think its lust. so go ask him out then after like a month or 2 getting to know him it could very weel be love

if you think he is watching you and lieks you. maybe you should just walk up to him one day and start talking to him. become good friends first. then take it from there.
