it is not a complete file, you need to download it again, if it is pirated software from limewire or someplace like that, it was probably not a real program anyway, could be a virus or something

Delete it and download the full copy from Limewire.com

get it again. it doesnt matter if you download it from limewire or not. it just needs to be the complete file

the file you downloaded is corrupted or incomplete,
so your computer can't process it.
you would need to download again.
