my 03 altima front windows open 1/3 rd down on their own after being parked for awhile.?

The dealer says they have never heard of such a problem. This has occured 8 times in the last 3 years.

GEE! 8 times in 3 years? How long have you been counting? and what were you waiting for all that time!

Alernatively, Buy a new car!

Is the car still under warranty? If so, take it to the dealer and insist that they fix it. If they refuse, threaten to report them to the Better Business Bureau...they always love to hear that!!!
