An excellent question.
Since man, according to myth, was created from dust, the cells of dust MUST be exactly the same as the cells of man.
But... they aren't are they? Could it simply be... and allegorical story designed to illustrate a moral? Naah, has to be taken literally...

I don't believe that dust is in any category of genus. If it were, however, since it has not mental activity worth noting I am certain that at least DNA corresponding to yours would be found there.
Thanks for the 2 points.

Depends on the type of dust. There is dust composed of anything from calcium to carbon to iron... so if the dust is mostly carbon, then we might be classified the same way since humans are mostly carbon compounds.

I sure it would. Remember we are made from the dirt of this ground. To me
dirt and dust have similiar meanings. So therefore both should contain DNA.

how did the first cell come to be
if we say its not god, then there must be a scientific explanation
maybe it has something to do with rna
so how did the first rna happen to be
did the atoms and molecules come together through symbiosis
where did the atoms and molecules come from
were they just always there

No, well not until it is mixed with the substance that God used to hold it together.
