Scrambled with cheese, cheese omelet or Egg McMuffin! If fried is the only option, I like mine petrified hard--no runniness anywhere. My grandma used to leave mine in the skillet for 10 minutes after everyone else's were done.

I like my fried eggs cooked in very hot oil so the edges are crispy and the yolk is still soft.
Scrambled eggs are great with tomotoe and bacon in.
Eggs anyway are good so long as they still have the yummy yellow yolk.

I try different styles - sunny side up, scrambled, as omlette, in a french toast or simply hard boiled.

My most favorite way is scrambled, with potatoes & onions and a little bacon thrown in. If I can't have that, then sunny side up, for dunking the toast! <*)))><
