Yes an no. I mean I think that it's like a massage...but then again, yeah I think it's totally weird. However, I'm not a touchy-feely person.

It's not weird at all. This is the man that has loved you and raised you and given everything he is and has to make sure you've lived a comfortable and wonderfully full life. If his feet hurt, not only should you be willing to rub the feet that have carried him to and from work all these years, but you should do it with a glad and cheerful heart. And thank God that your daddy is still around to rub his feet and talk with him. We tend to forget that our parents age....and that they won't always be here. Take and cherish every opportunity to do things for your parents. They have spent their whole lives devoted to you. Why not do something nice for them ANY time you get the chance?

No. There's nothing wrong with platonic physical family contact. It's weird that anyone would think that's wierd. If it were any way sexual or weird, you'd know. There must be a lot of families out there with creepy and uncomfortable relationships between parents and their children. Lack of physical contact between families can actually be harmful to the emotional growth of children- even teenagers. Just because there are a handful of sickos out there, doesn't mean everybody has to stop being affectionate to each other.

Nah! Not at all.

My dad would lie on the sofa, read the newspaper with the TV on. He worked all day in the fields and would be tired. He'd be talking to my brothers (four of them) about stuff. I would sit at the end of the sofa with his feet on my lap, with a pan of water, soap and a washcloth on the table next to the sofa. I would massage his feet, trim his toenails and file down the calluses. My brothers were getting all the attention, but I was the one on the sofa with dad. It says a lot. My dad appreciated it and I knew he was paying attention to what I was doing even though he was talking to my brothers. Don't get me wrong, I massaged my mom's feet too. But that was a good connection with my dad. And yes, I was a teenager at the time. Mom was always around.

It all depends on the relationship. If it makes you feel weird or funny and you have that feeling in the pit of your stomach, mom isn't in the picture, you might want to decline.

It is about family relationships, how comfortable you are with touching, respect.

Why, its weired....when he is your daddy what's the harm in doing that....eventhough you grow older and older you are gonna be the same kiddo for your daddy....your relation and feelings are not going to change with growing time.....you may be doing that because he is not feeling well...or he wants to really have nice feet massage....cheers!!!

properly i say it relies upon on how human beings look into it. I dont frequently hangs out through my dada yet I easily have very close family individuals with my brother and human beings would seems sexual because we take showers togeather or often times we are able to sleep togeather on our coutch after taking section in viedo video games until eventually mid evening or me sitting on my brother's lap and etc....... yet i dont seems anny sexual about it i propose we were like that because after we are little young ones i propose habbits are not common to modify. for your question i am going to say my answer will be it relies upon on how the daughter and father experience about one yet another. in the journey that they experience its sparkling its ok. yet in the journey that they experience dirty then its a no no.
