We all know sooner or later the troops will leave Iraq. ( 18 months to 36 months from now ) What do you think will happen to Iraq when we leave? ( Note : Remember Vietnam? )

Killing in Iraq will end about the same time killings in the rest of the world will end - when God wipes evil from the earth.

As for Vietnam, yes some of us remember the lessons learned there. That's why we're not leaving until the job is finished this time. We will gradually pull out as the new government in Iraq gradually learns to stand on it's own figurative two feet.

After WWII, we stationed troops in Japan. You may not lnow but, we still have many stationed there today.

We still have troups in Germany from WWII, I don't think it will end soon.
