If it is for jury duty, it's the luck of the draw, I am a Police Officer and have been selected 7 times in eight years, never made it to the jury....go figure. You can be subpoenaed for court cases as a witness as it is needed. I know people who have never been selected for duty. Makes you wonder how good the system is.

they can supena you every time that person goes to court or they can supena you for every hearing if they want
