44, as the others have said. Assuming you are in the US, you want to dial this way:

011-44-TELEPHONE NUMBER WITHOUT THE FIRST ZERO

Telephone numbers in the UK all begin with zero. For example, you might have a number like this:

(05555) 555-555

To call that number, drop the zero, add the 011-44 when dialing from the US, so the number is like this:

011-44-5555-555-555
