no, are you kidding, it doesnt just turn into meat when it hits boiling water. its already there, just like our muscles. i grew up by a little creek and we used to go hunt little crayfish and when we'd pull the tails off the meat was there. in case you dont know crayfish are pretty much little lobster.

No, it's solid, but soft. When you crack them open raw, a lot of fluid and gunk might come out, but the actual flesh is solid.
