God "creates" all humans in that he is the designer of the universe and if you read Genesis 1 (as I'm guessing you have) then you'll find that God created Adam from the dust of the ground. The trinity (though something I would agree with in principal) is not something directly mentioned in the Bible, but it illustrates that God is 3 in 1 (The Father, Son and Holy Spirit/Ghost) as he exists as a Heavenly Father, Jesus (who walked the earth in human form and who was fully God AND fully man - difficult concept for many to grasp and I'm not saying I have a definitive answer either!) and the Holy Spirit/Ghost - the form in which He lives within our (that is born-again Christian's) lives. I believe that Adam's "inherant" intelligence was like ours is now though he did not have the advantage of "evolutions of thought" that have occured over the (12,000?) years that the earth has existed. Also, Jesus was born of a virgin (i.e. one who had not had sex) through the power of God the Father, thus although he had an earthly mother and father (Mary and Joseph), he was not conceived as a child as you or I were.
To summarize, Adam was created from the dust of the ground as a "young?" man, not conceived of any parents but Jesus was conveived of the Spirit, that is God, and born of Mary, a virgin, as a babe. What we need to remember is that God's foolishness is higher than man's or woman's intelligence and wisdom. Don't expect to know all the answers to the universe... That's God's job!

If your research of human origins led you to believe in a creation myth written 6000+ years ago by primitive goat herders, then your education is seriously lacking. You will never get anywhere in life believing such silliness. It will not help you to understand science or biology, nor get you better grades in school, nor make you more intelligent, nor cause employers to want to hire you, especially if you wish to specialize in some area of science. However, if you aspire to work at McDonald's, you'll be fine.
That being said, you also don't know the Bible very well.
Gen. 6:1 And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, 2 That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.
As you can see, the Bible mentions "sons of God" in the plural, meaning that there are more than one. Even the New Testament mentions that those who accept Christ are sons and daughters of God.

Adam was not the first child of god and neither was Jesus, Look at this GOD an alien being that came to earth, found an animal with similar DNA to theirs and created man, then he created Adam the same way, then the test tube baby with Mary and then they found a way to use these creation for a host for there civilization to survive

I've never thought of that. I would guess they consider him that because he was made from the earth instead of being the earthy body of god like Christ.

The Noble Qur'an Al-'Imran 3:59
Verily, the likeness of 'Iesa (Jesus) before Allâh is the likeness of Adam. He created him from dust, then (He) said to him: "Be!" - and he was.
