Does it hurt the woman's feelings?

It depends on how she feels about him. If she likes the guy and he ignores her that it probably will hurt her feelings. If she is madly in love with the guy and he ignores her then it will definitly hurt her feelings. Now, if she doesn't like the guy at all....then him ignoring her is a blessing and she couldn't care less.

I don't need a strange man speaking to me or acknowledging me as I walk by. If one did, I would ignore him.
Usually men make crude comments to women as they walk past. That's rude and it wouldn't hurt my feelings at all if they shut up.

That depends. Do you know eachother? If so, you should at least nod an acknowledgement. If she says hello, even if you don't know her, it probably wouldn't hurt to smile, and then go back to what you were doing. Unless you live in a small town, you can't say hello to everyone who passes you though, and most people understand that, and won't be hurt if you don't greet them.

No. Some men are reserved and shy. They may not know the woman. If you actually know the woman well, and do not acknowledge her, it might hurt her.

no not at all....it can be quite nice not to be noticed all the time ;)
If that's what some guys think I guess thats why we always feel were being stared at. That is an exaggaration but if that kind of thinking is around then no wonder I sometimes feel just like I don't want to be looked at.

It wouldn't hurt mine,unless your my husband,and I walked right up to you,and you ignored me. Most women hate the cat calls,and whistles from men. I know I do anyway.

It would definitely hurt my feelings! I would think either I did something wrong or what's his problem? First i WOULD BE HURT THEN i WOULD GET MAD AND GO OVER AND ASK HIM WHAT HIS PROBLEM WAS .
