I want to know what system files should i delete to do so.

With a screwdriver (not needed for some computer-cases) open your case, and disconnect your Power Supply Unit from your mother-board's "power on" connector. Check your mother-board's manual to locate it. Remember what you did, so you can undo your modification! Be care full with this method; if you don't know what you are doing you can (although it's not a very complicated thing to do) screw up. Attach the PSU back to the "power on" connector if you want to use your computer again.

You may have a power switch on the back of the computer that is on the power supply.

click on the start button in the bottom left corner then select shut down then you will get some options choose shut down that will turn your computer off safley

In Windows, always use the SHutdown Command.
