you must see a Dr. as soon as possible. Painkillers (analgesics) are not a solution.
analgesics such as: prophine, tylonol,Morphine,Diamorphine,Fentanyl,Buprenorphine (Temgesic or Transtec patches),Oxycodone and Codeine need a prescription from a Dr. because those analgesics belong in the category of opioids and those analgesics are mainly used for cancer patiens.
In your case i would recommend Aspirin,Ibuprofen,Diclofenac (Voltarol),Celecoxib (Celebrex).
Or if you need something stronger i would prescribe Postan.

You may have noticed that your pain seems worse if you are anxious or worried. It often seems worse at night if you cannot sleep and there is nothing else to distract you.as an alternative Way of treating pain i can suggest:
1.Change your position at least every two hours to prevent stiffness and sore skin
2.Hot or cold packs can help relieve pain (wrap them in a soft towel to prevent them damaging your skin)
3.Watching TV, reading or chatting can help to take your mind off your aches and pains
4.Breathing – try to breathe slowly and deeply when you are tense
5.Talking to someone about your pain, perhaps a counselor, can help relieve stress and tension and make it easier to cope.
and finaly i have to remind you that the best thing you can do is visit a Dr. Only then you will know what exactly is your problem and get a permanent treatment.

You're correct in that you need, with your doctors, to find the reason for your problems. But I need to caution you that finding the cause isn't;'t the same as finding a way to get rid of the problem. Some problems simply can't be gotten rid of, but you still need to know what it is. If you haven't yet seen the following doctors, insist that your gp do the referrals: rheumatologist orthopaedic surgeon pain doctor You could only see a pain specialist if your pain were chronic, which means a minimum of 6 months. You qualify. At 22, you're not too young to have a chronic health problem of any type. The textbooks may say otherwise, but no illness reads the textbooks. Don't allow you relative youth to get in the way of a diagnosis and don't allow your doctors to ignore it because of your age. Something that you have to get used to at this point is that your problem may not be curable but it could be manageable. That will mean, however, that you will always have some level of pain. But without a diagnosis, as complete diagnosis, you and your health care team can't begin to work on finding the optimal, for you and for now, combination of management techniques. These techniques could well include pain meds, with the intention of allowing you to continue to function on a routine basis, most of the time.

sounds like you may have bursitis, carpal tunnel or the beginning stages of arthritis. Go to doctor, he will prescribe you something for the pain besides ibuprofen or tylenol. That crap doesn't work when you hurt bad. I have Fibromyalgia, so I know. Tell him it is effecting your job and your sleep and that over the counter stuff isn't cutting it. There is a variety of meds for joint and bone pain-you need to tell him. The doctor visit plus prescription shouldnt be that bad. Go to a doc in a box, like CONCENTRA or something like that. The tooth? not much yu can do about that but get it looked at. Most dentist offices will let you pay it out though.....at least ones I have been to. Good Luck!

3-Visit your your friends

4-Don't talk about your pains.
