He's probably wised up by now. If he goes cheap it's b/c he doesn't want to be taken advantage of again. You have to respect that if you want to be with him.
If you push him, you will loose him.
If you aren't willing to deal with it, you should find someone else.
You could talk w/ him about it but I think that's a bad idea. It makes you sound like a...gold digger.

I see that you are an entrepeneur. This is quite commendable. So many people get into relationships for all the wrong reasons e.g. love. Now, it seems that you know of these other girlfriends your 'beau' has been involved with. This is quite the leverage. Not only can you threaten to spill all of his secrets to his wife, but you know others who would likely be willing to colloborate your story with the proper motivation i.e. bribery or blackmail (maybe they are married too?). I would first start with sex, then take away the sex, and if he's still not willing, you can then blackmail him. You might require some 'muscle' for further persuasion. Obtaining 'muscle' shouldn't be such a problem for a gal with your 'skills.' All the best to you.

First of all if you are only with him because you want him to spend money on you, you are in the relationship for all the wrong reasons. He may have realized that the reason the other girl was there was only because he had money, now he thinks that you are going to be the same way, which you are showing all the signs of a gold digger. Get your own money and spend it on yourself.

Have you considered applying for a loan or a grant?
By the way, if you were my girlfriend, I'd move on. Money is a small part of a much bigger picture, and it sounds like you're way too concerned about the bankroll.
