They don't. Bill Gates has set up the Gates Foundation which does tremendous good for impoverished and needy children around the world.

They are usually iinvesting their money so that they can make society a better place. If what your looking for is a handout then your in the worng country. Try to look at this was if you came up with a new idea and went with that idea and risked everything to bring that idea to fruitation would you be willing to just take the money you earned from that idea and give it away? Probably not, these people worked for their money so therefore they deserve to keep. If what you want is money you have two choices either work hard to obtain it or win the lottery.

Because they are gready. Look at the media giant that died this week. A multi Billionair and he died at 82 at his office. 82 and still babysitting his money! I think it becomes an obsession with them. Life is too short and you are not measured by how much money you have, but how happy you are. Ever seen a happy millionair? Nope not at all. In the end, well they all go the same as you and I will. Remember, the meek shall inherit the earth.

Most of them don't. Ted Turner gave $1 Billion to the United Nations. Most Billionaire's set up foundations, with their own money, that allow them to give in perpetuity. Ex: The Ford foundation that Henry Ford set up still gives scholarships to Minority candidates that are accepted to college.

My guess is because they're terrified people who spell "billionaire" "billionar" and use "there" instead of "their" and "them selfs" as opposed to "themselves" are going to get ahold of it. Dear God, I know I would be. You'd probably stock a wineceller with Boone's Farm wouldn't you?

Because they will loose there power on us if they do so, they are the gods of man, and just think, some smart sucker said Gold is worth everything to us, and they have all type of rock, even pea gravel is worth something, just a smart system, God and Gold are the same,

many are greedy, and will never spend or give money to charity. But then you have true philanthropists like Bill Gates. Gates is going to give away most of his wealth before he dies.

a lot of them don't. I hear about large donations by billionaires all the time to different charities. The rest of it they worked damn hard for and they deserve to keep it.
