Im 31 and single and loving life. I choose to be single. I choose to live my life for me, and not allow someone else to dictate how, why, when, where or any other aspect of living.

Being single is not a curse. I dont need to be in a committed relationship to be happy and to live a wonderful and fulfilling life. Im happy just being me.

People stay single because they don't want the dramathat a relationship has with it. What I mean is they don't want to wonder if a person is cheating or if they are lying or things like that. Just have a sex buddy. Thats the way to go.

Because single people have more fun. I was maried a long time, and never had fun. Now that I'm single, fun is most important in my life.

There's a variety of reasons. Some people are just not that interested in getting married. They may have a low or nonexistent sex drive, or they may really enjoy being alone. Some people are too picky and never manage to find somebody "perfect" to marry. Other people may not be desirable due to personality, income, or looks and may not find somebody to marry.

Willys cynical thought for the day;

All the mistakes I made in my life I'm glad I never got married! I know there ain't a woman who'd put up with me at my worst; and one girl just ain't enough when I'm my best. The other 363 days, who cares?

It easier for sure to only have to deal with yourself & your own life but, that doesn't mean that they "want" to be alone just that they haven't been intrduced to the right person or taken time to cultivate those types of relationships. Then as they get older it's harder to find people that they deem worthy so they don't look as often. Nobody wants to be alone all the time ....

Maybe they weighed it out and found that the fun part of being with someone didn't measure up to the hurt of losing them.
