I divided my hard disk in 2 partitions but I forgot to activate the partition with the O.S. and when I restared I got a message saying that the HDD cannot be read. I need to activate the new partition (D).

Activate it the easy way.
Install Partition Magic. Partition Magic shows you all your partitions, activated or not. Right click on the inactive one and activate it. Done!

yes you can do it still from windows environment and Mouse Clicks...
just follow this
right Click my computer > select manage> Disk management and reset the Partition.... it's quick and easy!

Lol activate partition.
U probably deleted the boot sector, reinstall windows.
-he cant install partition magic, he cant get into windows i believe.

I've done that before. Reload the OS. Start over.
