Hello! I thought this question on Yahoo! Answers might be interesting to you.

i cant concentrate or focus on a training video that i am interested in or any other related stuff i am interested in, i am always thing of other events or money making issues or stuff i didn't do in time etc: and loose focus on whatever i am doing.

Is this because i have a lot of problems? Is there a way to meditate or medication to help me to over come this problem and focus my whole mind into something.

Help

Talk to your doctor about ADD. It can be helped with medication or just retraining yourself to focus if it is a mild case. Good luck.

Your problem is probably not ADD but anxiety over life problems. A life coach can help you here. However - try home biofeedback too or some simple concentration focusing exercises. There is a self help book BEING IN CONTROL ( amazon.com) of simple exercises that help improve concentration and focus with school work or learning.

Yes, there is medication out there that can help you, meditation can help to keep you centered and focused as well. First though you need to go to a doctor and find out the specifics of what is causing the lack of concentration. Is it a mental disorder? Is it a physical problem? A lack of something in your diet? etc.... There will be different treatments for different causes. Good luck!
