No actually it is good for your health because it makes blood go through your blood stream faster so you get to live longer! Yay for you!

As long as you don't have a history of heart health problems, I think you'll be fine. It's probably just an adrenaline rush...ya know like when people sky dive or bungee jump.

It's probably just the common anxiety most people feel when they get a big hand. If you do have a history of heart problems though, you may want to ask your physician next time you see him/her.

Your adrenaline is pumping, which is no different than any time you get excited. Unless you have some other health problem, such as high blood pressure, you will be okay.

My doctor said that if you take a beta blocker before a tournament this problem will be reduced.
