There are only two reasons why you'd want to ask this question and/or know the answer:-

1> You're a terrorist.
2> You are going to be travelling with Cathay Pacific in December.

I'm hoping it's the latter and NOT the former.

Do a quick Google search for "Cathay Pacific", go to their website and find out how to contact them.

Either e-mail them or phone them and I'm sure they'll be able to help you.

In general the new (albeit sexy) A380s will be used for long-haul flights like London to America (or vice-versa) instead of the short-haul ones like London to Paris (or vice-versa).

I heard on the radio this morn (16-6) that the A380 has BIG problems in its design and pre production development and that the airlines will be wanting compensation for non delivery. Should please Boeing no end.

I dont think they are.

SIA ( singapore ) are the launch customer for it, but have not heard anything about Cathay receiving any this year.

They may do and unfortunatley they will have to wait like everyone else. There are quite a few delays.
Makes a change to delay them BEFORE they get to the airport.
