Hi, I'm a mom of 3 and I stay at home to not the ages of yours but hope these things help they do w/mine ages 5,3,2. My 5 is my Big helper. Go for walks w/the kids put your 2 in a wagon the others can ride there bikes or walk the dog if you have 1 take them to a park to play w/other kids to play w for a bit, find mommy day out places over there go to church that would put then in the kids rooms for 2 hours and there is always woman who are willing to help w/things like this ,walk around the mall become friends w/some1 who has kids your age and it makes it so much easer to get help .put them in summer sports are do if you can day care 2 times aweek running out of room hope this helps Good Luck

You have my total admiration. That is such hard work, but you are not alone.
Look on the bright side. At least you don't have a nagging or demanding husband you still have to answer to all day long + the 3 kids. Try and get play dates with other mums. This way you will get a break once in a while and have adult conversation.
IF the kids are very demanding, it could also be as a result of the fact that they miss their father. So they will take any attention from you, even if it is negative. If you have any family who can help with the kids, put your pride in your pocket and ask for help.

Take one day or a night and do somethng for yourself. Get a sitter and go to a movie, see a comedy that makes you laugh, better yet join a gym and do some yoga classes or work out, meet a friend for coffee, there are lots of things you can do to relieve stress and have time for you, thats most important. You must make the time!

All you have to do is smoke a joint and you will unwind. Believe me. I have two kids 3 and 5 and when I get stressed out, I turn to Mary Jane....... Good luck.

ok u need to unwind take 10 minutes out of ur life for urself put a movie on or a cartoon than go to ur room and masturbate it will help u unwind and as for emotional get a penpal or get on chat get to know some one and start talking to them well hope this helps
