It really depends on your period which can usually be anywhere between 24 to 30. Your day of ovulation is 14 days before your usual day of starting mense, however, there seems to be some confusion as to how to find out the day of ovulation. The easiest way to figure it out is actually calculate on calendar. If you know how long your period is, just count the number of days of your period from last time you began to have mestruation. And then go back two weeks to find your day of ovulation. If your period is not regular, it is harder but not impossible. Just find pattern. Hope this helps you.
