Hmm..That doesn't sound normal, you should go see a doctor about that because that probably means your having an allergic reaction, maybe something else but all I know is that for your skin to be burning and red its probably not normal, I hope this helped ;) take care, God bless.

Been there, done that. If your skin burns and turns red, discontinue use of anything with benzoyl peroxide. It means it's too strong for your skin and cause more problems than it cures. I am not an avon rep, but Avon does have some wonderful products for skin! avons clear skin will help and it should not cause any problems. I ended up having to go to the doctor when it happened to me, so please, for your skins sake, discontinue use of the benzoyl.

That means your having an allergic reaction. Anything that does that means you cant take it. Its not suppose to burn, that product or any product does not do that, unless you are having an reaction in which case you are.

Probably not. You might want to check the bottle/package about that. Could be you have an allergy to something in there.
