they have lots of very tiny claws in their feet which latch onto the wall like an ice climber's pick digs into the ice

roaches have suction pads on their feet which create pressure and thus enables them to climb up walls without falling down .the lizards too use the same technique.

Roaches have spike kinda things on their legs which allow them to stick to the surfaces of walls while walking on them.

There are small small air pockets in its feet. while it press its legs on wall surface, the vacuum pressure creates and so that feet stick on wall like empty pot difficult to press in water at its reversed direction.This action repeated for next step.

they have magnets in the feet from eating stuff, and they can go up a refrigerator................and plus they can fly so i dont think climbing can be too hard for them, plus they can survive radiation............its cool, im a tard, have a good day ;)
