Theodor ( Θεόδωρος: Theodoros ) means the gift of god

Most are very similar- however my name "Cheryl" doesn't translate into Greek as there isn't a "C" in the Greek alphabet so my Baptised name is Anna. Hope this helps. Shaila = River Lynn = Pool, waterfall Saoirse = Freedom Olivia = Olive tree; the tree associated with peace Melita = Sweet like honey Carys = Love Aina = Forever Celena/Selena = the moon, or goddess of the moon There's also the virtue names like Faith and Hope. :)
