RECIPE
Easy Egg Lemon Soup…so easy you do not need to know how to cook!
What you will need:
Ingredients:
2 cups chicken broth
1 egg
1 lemon or a few drops of lemon juice
Utensils:
A 1-quart pot
A fork
A small bowl
Steps
1. First, scramble the egg in a bowl with a fork.
2. Next, heat the chicken broth in the pot until it boils.
3. While the chicken broth is boiling, stir it with a fork. While you are stirring, slowly drip the scramble egg mixture into the broth.
(TIP:
The egg will make these neat long strands that look almost like noodles. The boiling broth cooks the egg.)
4. Turn off the heat.
5. Cut a lemon into quarters. Squeeze a few drops of lemon into the soup (OR MAKE IT EVEN EASIER: just put in a few drops of prepared lemon juice.)
Serves 2.
Hint: You may want to serve this soup with a side of lettuce topped with feta cheese, black olives and Italian dressing for a quick and easy lunch that my Greek grandfather would adore. You will, too. Share it with someone you love!

Marinate the shrimps in the mixture for 2 hours, turning them once. Remove the shrimps from the marinade and strain them well. Place them on a barbeque grill and grill each side for 3 minutes. Grill the lemon wedges as well. Powder the shrimps with some salt and serve them along with the lemon wedges.
