They may be because they were frozen. If I were you, I would smell them. If smells bad I wouldn't eat them. If they look weird, I wouldn't take the chance. You can get really sick.
Next time, cook it the day you take it out of freezer or the day after the latest!

I am a certified Food Safety Instructor. As long as the packaging is still intact food is good for 7 days in the fridge...so enjoy!

i should think it is still good to eat if only you dry it out then fry it although it might lose it taste a little it will be perfect for eatting
