I have a relationship with Jesus - this is not a religion. When I believed that Jesus is the Son of God, that He died on a cross and was raised from the dead by God, and then I confessed with my mouth that God raised Him (Jesus) - the Holy Spirit came to reside in my heart. This is the "seal" that God puts on Christians - we are His (God's) and nothing can snatch from the Father's hand. SO why do I believe in Jesus - because He is my Savior and Lord of my life. He keeps me and He knows me - the Holy Spirit bears witness within me. I am a Christian because of the Holy Spirit - not a religion - not the church building I sit in - my heart is the temple of the living God. LOL.

I believe in Jesus because he saved my LIFE.

I wouldn't be here today if I did not know anything about him..

People may ask, "Where is the evidence that Jesus Christ is God or that God exists?"

The evidence is in what he has done for ME and my life.

Scientific experimentation must be based first on a HYPOTHESIS or theory. Based on this theory, then, bright minds devise methods by which to collect DATA to prove or disprove the hypothesis.

A similar approach helps us to learn about Jesus. We begin with something like a hypothesis called FAITH. If we're able to do that then GOD starts listening and opens our eyes and our best rational senses to SEE the data or evidence.

Otherwise, our eyes and ears remain SHUT, and our potential to know a wonderful and omnipotent, yet very personal, God remains shut, as well.

I believe in Jesus Christ because of what my bible tells me. God created the Heaven and the earth. He also sent His son Jesus to die on the cross for all of our sins. I don't know how anyone could let their son die so we could all go to Heaven. The only thing we have to do is ask Him to come into our hearts. I personally wouldn't want to take the chance of going to hell when I die, if I wasn't a born again Christian. I am thankful that we have a loving God that cared enough to give up his son for us. I believe what St. John 3:16 says: For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. If you are not a Christian, I hope you will speak to a pastor and I hope you will pray for Jesus to come into your heart. You never know when you will take your last breath. It will change your life forever. You will become a new person. I don't want anyone to take the chance of going to hell. I don't want to do anything that I know is wrong but, if I goof up, I know God will forgive me. He is a loving and forgiving God. I don't know if this answered your question or not but, remember God loves you!

Long before I was born, my parents and their parents and their parents and even further back, believed that God sent His Son to earth to live amongst us mortals. This long heritage was given to me by my parents, encouraged by my ancestors, and nurtured by my own self exploration. I do believe in Jesus. I believe He was sent here to live as a boy and a man. And I believe that He made the choice to carry the burden of our mortal sins in His death. Everyday I enjoy the many miracles that Jesus brings into my life. I believe in Jesus because He believes in me.

Did Jesus give up Saturday for us?

Jesus? Christianity? .

If Jesus died, he could NOT have been God.

Gods do not die? Do they?

If Jesus 'died' on Friday and 'undied' on Sunday, what else besides Saturday was sacrificed?

If Jesus died for our sins, he should be dead, dead, dead!

I believe in God. Unsure about Jesus. I believe there is a higher being because when I needed him most, I asked him to do something for me and he did.
My faith remains.

Why do you believe the sun will rise tomorrow? Because if there is no Jesus there is no redemption.

Because there is a significant amount of historical documentation he existed. However, I don't believe he was the Messiah, Son of God or God the Son.

He is the only one who was able to rise up from the dead, unlike any other Gods or deities around. That proves how powerful and omnipotent He truly is!
