Probably you are having a reaction to some chemical or preservative used in making it.

It may not be the sausage...it could be msg used as a flavor enhancer in the sausage. Very many people have msg allergies. I would check for it in the ingredients. Better yet, conduct a home experiment. Buy a bottle of msg (on the spice aisle) and sprinkle on food one day. If you get the headache, that's your culprit.

We can live off of little meat. It is recommended to stay away from a lot of red meat -- Eat more sea food-if you can. Cat fish and shrimp -things of that nature. I think it is just to much for out systems. Our stomachs aren't made of steel. Soft food is better-Low sodium.
