Well considering the good quality of condoms that are available now a days, there are hardly any chances for u being preggy or ill but at the same time u must ensure that u are having sex with a trusted partner.
See if somebody wants to spread the disease or wants to make u preggy intentionally he may use a tampered condom which may be dangerous.
Sometimes the semen collected in the condom gets spilled while ejecting the penis or removal of condom. If this semen enters the vagins it could be dangerous
There are instances when the condom is torn due to friction of intercourse, so mind it. At last as u didnt specify the disesase there are chances that u may be allergic to latex and may have a vaginal disorder skin disease due to the condom itself.

But remember its great to do something risky and u know we cant stop living due to risks of inhaling contaminated air, isnt it, so just go on and enjoy the best thing made by god without any fear but with a trusted partner and precautions.

yes it is possible for a couple of reasons.
1) condoms can have tiny little holes in them that let the sperm/germs through. Condom company's try real hard to make sure there are no holes, but it can happen.
2) If there is not a big enough reservoir at the tip, the sperm can simply overflow out of the condom
3) if he attempts to put the condom on backwards, then flips it over, the stuff could be now on the outside.
condoms are very safe, but not 100% fool proof

Yes, but the risk is greatly reduced. Pregnancy and disease can still occur if the condom breaks or tears which often happens when people dont know how to use them properly. Always use correct lubrication and find out how to put one on properly and NEVER use a condom more than once.

Yes! Yes! and Yes! Using a condom is very important and it does protect against many diseases and sometimes, pregnancy...but, they are 'breathable' which means they do have tiny holes in them...and sometimes the hiv virus does go through. More importantly, maybe, is the fact that many diseases are passed by skin touching skin that is not covered by the condom.
And, yes, there is no guarantee that it won't break...esp. if he has carried it around in his wallet for weeks....

Well your b/f is either mis-informed or out right lying to you. But then you really should already know this fact as they do teach this in school now and did even back when i was in school.
The only safe sex is no sex. life is about choices but all choices are about taking chances. sometimes we win sometimes we lose.
Best advice you can get is from experience but that often teaches us hard lessons.
best of luck

yes
both a condom is not 100% effective from pregnancy and you have to be careful about STDs at ALL times because you can get one from being oral if not careful

Yeah it's possible, especially if it breaks (and it ain't cause he's so big LOL) OR if you give him head or he only puts it on before he put's it in your vagina!
