That guilt is there for a purpose. You should not ever be rid of it as it is wrong to lust after someone else when you are married to the woman you promised to be faithful to. Only way to not feel the guilt is think of your wife first and only. Otherwise, why did you marry her and why are you with her if you don't love her enough to forget others and concentrate on her?

You should feel guilty, so I won't tell you what you want to hear.
Stop doing it! You act as if you are unable to control your own thoughts, aren't you a man? Control yourself! Put your wife into your fantasies, not someone else ... your desire should be for her.
Psalms 119:133 Let my steps be guided by Your Word; and let not sin have control over me.
Oh, and here's the biggie, Jesus Himself said it:
Matthew 5:27-28 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: but I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

Prov.5:19&20-"Let her own breasts intoxicate you at all times. With her love may you be in an ecstasy constantly. So why should you, my son be in ecstasy with a strange woman or embrace the bosom of a foreign woman?"
If you are imagining being'in ecstasy ' with another woman, like Jesus said in Matt.5:28 you are commiting adultery in the heart.

Well, that depends....are you thinking of someone sexy and famous or someone from your office or social environment? I think it's normal for a person to fantasize, to a certain extent, while engaging in sex with a partner. What's not normal is if you act on it or if there is a temptation to act on it. Then you should feel guilty about it...but normal fantasy is fine.

You can accept the fact that you are a human being and it is perfectly natural for you to think about having sex with other people. Monogamy is unnatural. Don't beat yourself up over it. I can pretty much guarantee you that she does the same thing. Everyone does it.

It's OK to fantasize once in a while... everybody does it.
Just don't get to the point that you have to do it all of the time.
