I want to create an MP3 CD for use in my car CD player. Is there a website that tells me what format to use in the Nero Burning ROM CD-writing program and what filenames and directory structure to use?

Most MP3 players can handle any directory structure - they just look at all the files for extensions they recognise (.mp3 is a good one!).
Just burn a data disc with the files you want on it. If there are any other files (such as .jpg or .gif album covers), the MP3 player will just ignore them.
Oh, and don't forget to finalise the disc!
