I just found this site in canton, OH with a quick google:

http://www.hud.gov/offices/pih/pha/contacts/states/oh.cfm

but it also looks like if you call the local canton HUD office, they may be able to help. Also from my own experience, the local newspaper ads are always helpful, sometimes they will advertise that they accept Section 8 and sometimes not, the best way is to just call a complex that you think is appropriate and ask. I've found that by and large, MOST complexes WILL accept Section 8, but sometimes don't bother to advertise that fact. I've also found that complexes around a university or a hospital tend to accept Section 8 more readily. Good luck and I hope this helps!

Log on to the government site and they should be able to give you all the information. Although a lot of apartments take section 8, so I would just call the ones she's interested in and ask them they will be able to tell you.

Most realty companies should be able to help. They usually have a section 8 list available.
