Well, if you are saying African Americans were Muslims, and then became Christians, well, I am not sure if that is the case with the majority, but I know that there is a great number of African Americans who where Muslims and then forced to reject their faith, and Allah knows best.. and by the way, I live in Madina, Saudi Arabia, and we have a great number of African Americans here, maybe I should see what they think, anyways, Islam is for all, and has no color!

i think i do .. it just surprises me that a lot of african americans name their kids by names of muslim ppl .EX: omar, ahmed
