There are lots of reasons, the main one of which can be summed up with the word "Why?", despite many people's opinions the USA doesn't attack other nations at the drop of a hat, there's usually some big important reason for it and there are currently very few big important reasons for attacking any of the countries that you describe. In this day and age you can't just start a war with another nation because you feel like it, you need to justify your war to the other world powers and if you're reasons aren't good enough, they may actually join in against you. Even ifthey don't get involved with their armies, other nations would probably bring in Trade sanctions and other non-miltary threats as punishment for the US.
There are other issues as well, you're talking about three of the largest nations on Earth (Russia is the largest by land mass, China and India have the 1st and 2nd largest populations) they all have enormous armies, the loss of life on either side (even if no-one used nukes) would be massive.
Even then, assuming the US won (which is nowhere near a foregone conclusion) what would they do with the countries after they had them? Look at the difficulty the US is having maintaining it's occupation of Iraq, Iraq is a fairly small (though admitedly volatile) country with an area of about 437,000 square kilometers, India is nearly 8 times larger, China 22 times and Russia 39 times. This would mean, presumably, that the problems of occupation would be many times greater as well, with yet more loss of life and more expense.
Then you have the issue that the US army simply doesn't have the man power or money available at the moment. Many US army officials have expressed concern about the US military's abilities to do what it's doing now with it's current troop level, yet alone without starting a major offensive against massive heavily defended nations. The Iraq war has almost brought the US economy to it's knees, causing massive debts as the US diverts money to pay troops wages and buy the high-tech equipment and weaponry it uses to make its troops so effective, there is pretty much no way the US could afford another war, especially not on the scale you're describing.
Finally you have the obvious Nuke issue, though neither nation is likely to use nukes at the beginning of such a conflict, as the conflict progresses the chances of one of the parties involved nuking the other goes up. Even if the US manages the impossible, annexes off large parts of China then moves to capture Beijing, the Chinese, sensing defeat, may well start throwing Nukes at the US, making whatever victory the US achieves fairly meaningless.

Because they have nuclear weapons and also that we are not sure we will win. We only fight battles that we are sure to win...not to remove dictators (or else we would be fighting almost everyone in Africa, North Korea, Burma, etc etc) or to ease suffering of people...but mostly if the economics make sense (e.g. Kuwait and Saudi paid for a lot of costs for the 1st Iraqi war)
What I really do not get is how we can keep saying the above though we know it is untrue. It just seems so superficial and stupid. We should be standing up for the truth but instead we are surrounded by a pack of lies...worst still, we know it is a lie but still try and convince ourselves that it is the truth

why should they??
what do u think that the american generals in pentagon are sitting on a large world map and playing "spin the bottle" to decide which country they should attack next??
americans are not looking for a war, are they??
they just dont go about waging a war on any country they feel like.
they attacked iran and afganisthan for a purpose. these countries were proving to be a hotbed for extremism and terrorism and were indulging in activities not good for neither this world nor the americans.

The Bush America only goes after countries it thinks will be easy targets. (Iraq anyone? Yeah right they didn't know the WMD intelligence was false!)
Besides, Ruskies fight like crazy people and they have the best natural defense: Siberian winters.
China... man that's like 6 to 1. That's evey man, woman, and child in America each getting ganged up on by six people. Forget that.
India would hand us some serious casualties---they fight like Ruskies. Except instead of the Siberian winters, they have man-eating tigers, poisonous snakes (C.O.B.R.A.!), and the kind of heat those who live in more temporal climates would be hard-pressed to endure.
