Use water, preferably from a source that you know is as pure as possible and is natural, like a stream. If you wish to do some sort of ritual to bless the water, do that. Take up a soft cloth, dip the crystal in the water and wipe it clean. If, after a good scrubbing, there is still dirt, well, that's a natural thing, so just live with it.

Expose them to moon light specially full moon and salty water.
Remove from them any negative energy. Remember quartz in only an amplifier, on other words if you wish good brings a lot of good, if you wish bad you are responsible.
