How should I give a love letter I am shy and scard of him.I don't know if he loves me or not.He is 16 yrs and I am 14yrs.When he comes in front of me i feel really.I have planned togive the letter,I can't give it in school.I can't give him before his friends and my friends,what should I talk or speak to him while giving the letter, i am confused help me.He is the same boy who used to run away from me but now he does not run away he goes slowly.he the same 16 year old boy.PLEASE HELP ME>

I am sure that you really do not need a boyfriend in your life right now. Everything gets a lot moire complicated when you do. You should focus on school and your family. What does your family have to say about this boy? Is he nice? I think maybe after you talk to your family you may have a clearer answer.
If you still per sue this boy maybe instead of giving him a letter just tell him. Don't come right out and say I Love You, but maybe ask him to go to the show our out for pizza with you. if you are uncomfortable going alone asks some friends that are Friends with both of you to go along to.

you don't want to scare him away. So don't be too forward. find an excuse to hang out with him NOT A DATE. you should hang out with other friends.
Ask him if i where interested in you would you want to know? Then if he said yes. give him the note. if he said no you should tease him about his hair. or shoes or something then walk away.
Then you need to continue teasing him in a fun and playfull manner. Say things like "your hair is so cute, just like my 2 year old cousins."
you see that's not mean but its still teasing. If you are anywear near his type this will work..
I'm not sure but you might not want to tell him you love him. not yet. write a letter telling him how cool you think he is. or how you look up to him. Give him that love letter after you kiss him. and you feel comfortable around him. no butterflies.
